Appearance
The Tucumán amazon is a standard size, primarily green, short-tailed parrot that is 31 cm (12 in) in length. The top skin’s greenish plumage have black borders. Red feathering can be seen on the forehead and forecrown, but not around the white eye rings. It has no red at the wing bend and red main wing feathers. It features crimson at the base of its green tail and orange thighs. They feature pinkish-grey legs, an orange-yellow beak, and horn-colored irises.
